    Eurovilla – The Beginnings

    Eurovilla is a company with over 29+ years of tradition, which has built a strong position in the premium real estate market in Warsaw. Its history dates back to the 1990s – a period of dynamic economic changes in Polannd, when Paweł Chęciński, the founder of the company, decided to start a business in the real estate industry. The idea for founding the company was born from Paweł’s personal experiences, who, like many other entrepreneurs of that era, had to adapt to the rapidly changing economic reality and create something that would not only allow him to thrive but also build a solid foundation for the future.

    Initially, Eurovilla operated mainly in Ursynów, where the first office was located.

    At that time, the company focused mainly on selling apartments, particularly in Ursynów. Over time, its operations expanded to Mokotów, Piaseczno, and nearby towns. That’s when we also broadened our offer to include the sale of plots and houses.

    The company’s logo did not fully reflect Eurovilla’s modern character, but over the years the company has changed its approach so that the logo better conveys a universal and timeless style.

    Paweł quickly noticed the potential of the Wilanów district, where he established the company’s current headquarters. From that moment on, the company began selling not only apartments but also houses and plots of land. Over time, the company’s team expanded to include people such as Elżbieta Glinka (who still works at the company today) and Marzena Tywonek, who initially served as a secretary and is now one of the partners.

    From the very beginning, Paweł emphasized that Eurovilla’s value lies in being local experts who know the market perfectly and can therefore provide an individual approach to each client. That is why the company never expanded to the national or European market. We wanted to focus on local clients and have always prioritized a boutique approach, which we understand as offering the client something unique, tailored to their needs, while avoiding mass sales.

    One of the key elements of Eurovilla’s development was the creation of the Eurovilla Academy, whose goal is to train real estate agents. Established in 2005, the Academy is based on an original program that fully prepares employees to work in the premium real estate market. The knowledge shared there comes directly from industry professionals – lawyers, surveyors, architects, and experts in negotiation and soft skills.

    Paweł, the company’s founder, along with his team of experienced agents, also share their extensive knowledge and experience gained over many years at Eurovilla. The company focuses on continuous development and ensures that its employees are well prepared to handle complex transactions requiring both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

    urovilla is also a company that is not afraid to take on challenges related to the investment market. One of the first major projects in 2016 was a collaboration with an investor on the construction of apartments on Żegiestowska Street in Stara Sadyba, known as Villa Sadyba, as well as investments in Ostra Residence and Osiedle Wilanówka in Wilanów.

    Eurovilla was the first company in Poland to offer a comprehensive investment service, covering everything from searching for suitable plots, developing building concepts, to managing the entire sales process and all marketing activities.

    Miasteczko Wilanów

    With the development of the real estate market in Miasteczko Wilanów, Eurovilla recognized the potential for apartment sales in this location. In response to the growing demand, the company began to expand its offer while opening an office right in Miasteczko Wilanów.

    It became one of the first prestigious locations with a storefront showcasing real estate. The office was opened just before the COVID-19 pandemic and turned out to be a great success.

    As the real estate market continued to grow, Eurovilla began expanding its offer with additional services. The company introduced home staging, which helped clients present their properties more effectively and speed up the sales process.

    In response to growing demand, Eurovilla also added mortgage advisory services, making it easier for clients to obtain financing for property purchases. These innovations were introduced to meet the evolving needs of the market, which required comprehensive support at every stage of a transaction.

    Over time, with the rise of social media and the increasing importance of online promotion, the company also introduced professional marketing support, focusing on the effective presentation of listings across digital channels.

    One of the key moments in Eurovilla’s history was the arrival of Oliwia Chęcińska, daughter of Paweł, who today serves as a Partner at the firm. She began her career at Eurovilla as a real estate agent, but thanks to her natural management skills she quickly took on the leadership of the Śródmieście office – a milestone that had a significant impact on the company’s future growth.

    Oliwia brought with her a modern approach to management and organization, which proved essential for Eurovilla’s further development. Through her effective actions and the introduction of structured processes, the company began to operate with even greater efficiency, accelerating growth particularly in the areas of marketing and sales.

    The collaboration between father and daughter – combining his many years of experience with Oliwia’s modern, fresh perspective – enabled the company to grow dynamically and adapt to the ever-changing real estate market.
